Hi, My name is Miles Halley, I started this venture as I have always been inspired by the creative image since an early age. I was first inspired by photography at the age of 13 when I was given the Moto x smartphone with a superb camera and I began taking photos of the world around me . I then embarked on a trip to Iceland where I was surrounded by stunning scenery around every corner. I started taking photos and my photography took off from there.
A year later I bought a Canon DSLR camera to further my photography adventure. I am currently, and always will be, learning new skills to adapt and expand my photography and video creation. At college I studied photography and this really allowed me to focus on my photographic skill and critique my own work. During this time I have also gained an interest in videography and cinematography, of which I am still learning and gaining experience. I am now furthering my creativity by studying film production in the heart of Lincolnshire, this has also given me the opportunity to be part of our very own film festival Indie Lincs.
Within the last year I have worked for the Hat Company in York, carrying out photography and web design. along with creating a promotional video for Drift-in café, I have also had my work exhibited in All Saints' end of year exhibition and had my work published in the York Press, and at the age of 20. Here I am.
